This Refund & Cancellation Policy (“Policy”) applies to all payments made to Goyals Technologies (“we”, “us”, “our”) for digital marketing and related services. By engaging our services, you acknowledge and agree to the terms outlined in this Policy.


1. General Policy

Digital marketing services involve planning, strategy, resources, and personnel allocation. Therefore:

  • All payments made to Goyals Technologies are strictly non-refundable.

  • Once payment is received and/or work has commenced on your project or campaign, no refund will be issued under any circumstances.

  • This includes advance payments, milestone payments, and full project payments.


2. When Refunds Are Not Provided

Refunds will not be provided in the following situations:

  • After Work Has Started: Once our team begins executing your project (planning, strategy, content creation, design, ad campaigns, or service delivery).

  • Partial Completion: Even if only part of the service has been delivered, payments remain non-refundable.

  • Delays Caused by Client: If delays occur due to lack of communication, missing information, or failure to provide required approvals.

  • Performance-Based Expectations: SEO rankings, traffic growth, PPC results, social media engagement, or ROI depend on multiple external factors. Payments are not refundable if expectations are not met.


3. Cancellation Policy

  • Clients may cancel ongoing monthly or subscription-based services (e.g., SEO, content marketing, PPC management, social media management) by providing written notice at least 14 days before the next billing cycle.

  • Cancellations requested after this period will take effect in the following billing cycle.

  • No refunds will be issued for payments already made, regardless of whether work has started or the reason for cancellation.

  • Cancellation of one-time projects does not entitle the client to a refund once work has begun.


4. Extra Work & Scope Changes

  • Any services or deliverables requested outside the initial agreement or Scope of Work (SOW) will be billed separately.

  • Payment for additional services is non-refundable, regardless of project status.

  • All extra work and associated fees must be agreed upon in writing before commencement.


5. Chargebacks

  • Initiating a chargeback, payment reversal, or dispute without contacting us first may be considered a breach of contract.

  • Clients are encouraged to contact us directly to resolve any billing concerns before taking formal dispute action.
